RULES & REGULATIONS
Please refer to the Bayside Mall info and contract for the rules and regulations. Bayside Mall requires that all exhibitions are to be carpeted. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you need assistance in sourcing carpeting. A checklist will be supplied along with the contract where-in the rules and regulations are discussed at length.
All exhibitors are required to complete an exhibitions contract before entering the mall.
Bayside Mall requires a brief description of the product/business/service that
will be exhibited. Also, a layout of the exhibition stand and any visuals that
you have need to produced before the exhibition will be approved. Once the above
mentioned information has been supplied, the exhibitions info and contract must
be completed and faxed the centre management offices. An invoice will then be
sent in return. Only once this has been settled can the proposed space be utilised.
